I am looking for motivated, organised self-starters who can follow instructions, collaborate effectively, supporting choice whilst providing personal care, support to access the community and provide support with administrative tasks if required.

* Showering
* Social activities - could be varied from going to see friends to swimming to going to the hairdressers/attending an event/walks and exercise
* Pet care
* Support with dressing/hair and styling
* Support with meals/cooking
Qualifications
* Respectful of confidentiality and privacy
* Responsible, reliable and trustworthy
* Respectful of dignity and independence
* Good communication skills and social skills
* Punctual, reliable and flexible
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Understanding, adaptable and organised
* Must like dogs
* Full UK driving licence (use of Motability vehicle whilst on shift)
