Based: Easter House, Glasgow
Hours: Full Time – 37 hours per week
(predominately 9 to 5, Monday to Friday)

Turning Point Scotland’s Glasgow Mental Health & Huntington’s Service supports people living with complex and enduring mental health conditions, and individuals with symptomatic Huntington’s disease. Our aim is more than tenancy sustainment — we help people live full, connected lives with purpose, community, and hope.
We’re now looking for a passionate, experienced Service Manager to lead this specialist service in delivering personalised, flexible support that makes a real and lasting difference.
As Service Manager, you’ll oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of a dedicated team providing housing support, personal care, and social connection through self-directed support packages. You’ll ensure the service remains safe, values-led, person-centred — and continually evolving to meet the needs of the people we support.
You Will:
* Provide inspirational leadership to a committed and skilled team
* Develop partnerships and embed meaningful co-production with supported individuals
* Ensure compliance with National Care Standards, SSSC Codes, and relevant legislation
* Lead quality assurance, staff development, and performance improvement
* Manage budgets, resources, and service development with confidence
* Champion the vision of Turning Point Scotland: enabling people to thrive in their communities
We’re Seeking Someone With:
* Proven experience of managing care or support services — ideally with mental health, personality disorders, neurodivergence, or complex needs
* Strong leadership skills and a values-based approach
* A sound understanding of housing support, self-directed support, and trauma-informed practice
* Excellent communication, planning, and relationship-building skills
* SSSC registration (or willingness to register) and relevant qualifications
