Position Overview:
We are seeking a Water Treatment Technician to work alongside in our Aquaphor Professional Sales Division from our East Midlands HQ to help manage, install, maintain, and repair Aquaphor water filtration systems for both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about water quality, has strong technical skills, and is eager to make a difference in the water treatment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install Aquaphor systems: Perform residential and commercial system installations from start to finish, ensuring compliance with local standards and codes.
* System Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Aquaphor water treatment systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Client Support: Provide top-notch customer service by explaining system operations, offering maintenance advice, and answering any technical questions.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct regular system checks and maintenance on existing systems to prolong service life and maintain water quality.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and customer interactions.
* Training: Provide training and guidance to clients on how to operate and maintain their Aquaphor water systems.
* Stay Updated: Keep up to date with new technology and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in water treatment, plumbing, or a related field. Installation of water softeners or reverse osmosis systems is a plus.
* Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting, repair, and installation skills in water filtration systems.
* Certification: Relevant certifications in plumbing, water treatment, or technical fields preferred.
* Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move equipment, work in various environments, and perform manual tasks.
* Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
* Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Location: You will be expected to live within commutable distance of our Newark on Trent HQ & Office
