Director – Programme & Project Management (Retail & Consumer Consulting)
£120,000 - £130,000 + package
London – Hybrid
A senior leadership role within a growing Retail & Consumer consulting team, focused on driving growth, originating revenue, and leading complex transformation programmes for major retail clients.
This is not a pure delivery role. You will sit at the front of the market building pipeline, converting opportunities, and advising C-suite leaders on how programme and portfolio capability enables business strategy at scale.
What We're Looking For
* Proven senior leadership consulting experience in Programme & Project Management within Retail/Consumer Goods Consulting
* Clear track record of originating and converting revenue in a consulting environment
* Strong exposure to large-scale transformation delivery and PMO frameworks
* Experience shaping multi-year retail transformation and change programmes
* Comfortable operating with CEOs, COOs and senior retail executives
* Credible across retail transformation topics (omnichannel, supply chain, customer experience, digital)
* Commercially minded, client-facing, and growth-oriented
What You'll Do
* Own business development and pipeline origination across Retail & Consumer Goods transformation programmes
* Lead client conversations from early strategy through to commercial close
* Partner with account teams to expand existing relationships and open new logos
* Advise executive stakeholders on programme strategy, governance and transformation delivery
* Define business-led change roadmaps with pragmatic, implementable delivery plans
* Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term transformation outcomes
* Act as a visible market leader and thought partner in Retail PPM
* Build, coach and lead high-performing programme and project teams
