A client of ours based in Selly Oak is looking for a Business Administration apprentice to join their fast-paced team. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals seeking to develop their career in business support roles and property management with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals. The role involves supporting daily administrative tasks, client liaison and property-related activities.
Duties
* Managing incoming calls and customer queries
* Coordinating appointments and property-related logistics
* Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mail handling
* Collaborating with team members to improve office workflows and efficiency
Experience
* Prior office experience or administrative exposure is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
* GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
* Willingness to undertake and complete a Business Administration Apprenticeship
