This role is across multiple custody Suites in West Yorkshire. Travel will be expected in this role.
Benefits: car (electric) or car allowance of £5,500 per annum + private healthcare (single cover). Bonus Scheme £45,000 - £50,000.
Key Requirements for the Role
- Senior Management Experience Proven experience operating at senior management level, with direct responsibility for leading and developing teams.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen Demonstrable ability to manage Profit & Loss accounts, including budget ownership, cost control, and financial planning.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving Strong analytical capability with the ability to assess complex situations and implement effective solutions at a strategic level.
- Audit & Quality Assurance Experience Experience in audit processes and quality assurance frameworks, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Health & Safety Management Working knowledge and practical experience of managing Health & Safety within an operational environment.
- Professional & Flexible Approach A proactive, adaptable, and professional attitude towards work, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
- Relationship Management Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance relationships with customers, colleagues, and senior leadership teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement Proven experience managing customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
