As a Night Porter, you will...
1. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
2. Be the first point of contact for any late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
3. You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
4. In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
5. Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
6. Complete night-time tasks in the hotel and pub.
