Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Residential Architectural Technician, located in Southampton with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Residential Architectural Technician will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, preparing design proposals, coordinating with clients and builders, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. They will also be tasked with managing project timelines and working collaboratively with other design professionals to meet project objectives.
Qualifications
* Technical drawing skills and proficiency in CAD software
* Experience in preparing design proposals and coordinating with clients and builders
* Knowledge of building regulations and standards
* Project management skills and ability to manage timelines
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Relevant degree or certification in Architectural Technology or related field
* Proactiveness and attention to detail
