Duties of a Roadside Technician :
13. Deliver exceptional roadside vehicle repairs and diagnostics
14. Provide technical advice and excellent customer service
15. Conduct repairs efficiently and to the highest industry standards
16. Maintain accurate records of work carried out
17. Support the team with general service procedures
18. Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
19. As a Roadside Technician engage in training programs, including electric vehicle maintenance
20. Assist with ad-hoc repair tasks as required
Requirements of a Roadside Technician :
21. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in automotive repair
22. Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, with a focus on roadside assistance
23. Valid full driving licence
24. Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
25. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
26. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
27. Flexibility to cover a 40-hour week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays
