Supply Chain Manager
Locations: Stourport-on‑Severn, Worcestershire or Rugby, Warwickshire

Role Overview
This role ensures that materials, goods and services arrive on time, at the right cost and with minimal fuss. You will report to the EC UK Site Manager and lead the supply chain function across two sites.
Responsibilities
* Run sourcing strategies and negotiate supplier contracts
* Manage supplier performance, audits and compliance
* Lead the SIOP process to balance demand and supply
* Oversee purchasing, warehousing and freight operations
* Ensure trade compliance (import / export, customs, documentation)
* Identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements
* Manage budgets, resources and external providers
* Promote ethical sourcing and sustainability
* Build a strong, inclusive team culture and support development
Qualifications
* Experienced supply chain manager (5+ years) with a solid procurement background
* Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or a related field
* Proficient with ERP systems and supply‑chain tools
* Strong negotiator and communicator
* People‑manager who leads by example
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
* CIPS, CPSM or CSCP qualifications
* ILM Level 5 or similar management training (or willingness to obtain it)
