Job Description
1. Help manage and develop the QMS (ISO9001 & IATF16949)
2. Speak directly with customers, handling complaints and corrective actions
3. Work through root cause analysis using tools like 8D and 5Why
4. Collaborate with inspectors on PPAPs and finished good inspections
5. Drive continuous improvement projects cross-functionally with production team
6. Daily quality tasks as assigned

The Successful Applicant
7. 2+ years of quality engineering experience in a metal fabrication or automotive setting
8. Strong understanding of an ISO9001 QMS and associated compliance - IATF experience a plus
9. Proven experience handling and reducing the amount of customer complaints
10. Experience with Corrective and Preventative Actions
11. Microsoft office suite experience
12. Core tool and problem solving experience - PPAP/APQP, 8D, 5Why, CAPA, RCA, Etc.
