Family run Glass and Glazing company in Biggin Hill have a Full Time position for the above with immediate start.
Flexibility will be required to cover staff Holiday/sickness

Duties
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in both physical and digital formats.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
* Support financial operations using Sage for invoicing and expense tracking.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff members as needed.
* Maintain an organised filing system for easy retrieval of information.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong focus on administrative tasks.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
* Experience with Sage is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work, particularly in data entry and record keeping.
* Previous clerical experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with office procedures.
