Assembly / Machine Operative – Asthon A/S
We are looking for an Assembly / Machine Operative to work at our leading facility in Shrewsbury.

Responsibilities
* Perform hands‑on production and assembly functions including running machines and packing
* Operate designated machine in accordance with the required production schedule
* Conduct visual checks on machines prior to operating them
* Ensure orders meet customer standards
* Complete relevant paperwork
* Follow health & safety regulations
* Maintain a clean and tidy work area
* Work independently in a stand‑alone role
* Meet daily production targets
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role – ESSENTIAL
* Willing to complete a couple of weeks of training on a day or afternoon shift
* Comfort with a repetitive role within a small team – ESSENTIAL
* Good health to work upright and repetitive position for the shift duration – ESSENTIAL
* Ability to assemble small fastening systems – ESSENTIAL
* Keen eye for detail – ESSENTIALOwn transport (site location)
