To support this growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) operations and teams with day-to-day operational support, streamlined CRM and CPQ operations, systemized operational processes, and reliable data and analytics. As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will oversee the day-to-day operational support for the Go-To-Market teams. The successful candidate has hands-on experience with providing daily support to GTM teams, overseeing and applying bookings and discount policies, and enhancing CRM and related systems. You will report to the VP, Revenue Operations, supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Corporate IT, Legal & Compliance, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Executive Leadership. What will you do? Oversee the day-to-day operational support for the Go-To-Market teams Manage the deal closing process by ensuring all closed won opportunities adhere to the bookings and discount authority policies Administer the Rev Ops and Deal Desk cases, including overseeing the queues, communication with the GTM teams and timely resolution of cases within the posted SLAs Provide deal support to the GTM teams such as assisting with contracts and CPQ proposals Support technical issues and other ad hoc requests related to Salesforce, other systems, and their data in a timely manner Enhance the Salesforce environment independently for simple changes and or in collaboration with the Salesforce Administrator for complex changes Partner with Rev Ops, Corporate IT, and cross-functional subject matter experts on projects to scale GTM operations Coordinate with Rev Ops and department leaders to execute change management, training, and enablement for changes to GTM operations Be an advisor to VP, Revenue Operations by influencing the Rev Ops roadmap Who are you? Here are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if you feel you’d be a great fit. 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations in the SaaS software industry 2 years of experience supporting GTM teams with daily operations and deal support 2 years of experience overseeing and applying bookings and discount policies 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator – proof of experience or certification required Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute proactively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional working proficiency in German is an asset Experience with sales compensation is an asset Strong team player that is willing to share ideas and information with colleagues at all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience managing operational activities during mergers & acquisitions Our Culture We offer competitive salaries, great colleagues and excellent benefits.
