Job responsibilities
Key Responsiblities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including takingmedical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions,developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, lab results, andimaging studies.
- Provide health promotion, disease prevention, andeducation to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patientcare and improve health outcomes.
- Prescribe medications and manage follow-up care as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives andcontribute to the development of practice protocols.
- Mentor and educate junior staff and students, fostering alearning environment.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Masters degree in Advanced Clinical Practitioner
* V300 Prescribing Qualification
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care or general practice setting is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions.
