Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, driving sales through various digital channels, and enhancing the overall customer experience for selling primarily refurbished and used Laptops, PC, Accessories and used IT and Electronic equipment. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. Also the ideal candidate will need to have good knowledge of Laptops PC and Tech selling Capabilities.
Duties
* Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
* Manage product listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions and high-quality images. (Laptops, PC and Used IT equipment.
* Conduct keyword research and optimise content for SEO to enhance visibility in search engines.
* Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, design, and performance analysis.
* Utilise Google Ads to create targeted advertising campaigns that drive traffic to the website.
* Analyse website performance using Google Analytics, providing insights to improve user experience and conversion rates.
* Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
* Use Adobe Photoshop for image editing and enhancements as needed for product listings and promotional materials.
* Coordinate projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Skills
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
* Previous E-commerce sales experience.
* Good knowledge of Laptops PC and other Tech and IT equipment.
* Proficiency in SEO techniques to enhance online visibility.
* Excellent project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop for image editing purposes.
* Familiarity with WordPress for website management and updates.
* Knowledge of Google Ads for creating effective advertising campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Copywriting abilities to create compelling content that drives engagement.
* Experience in social media management across various platforms.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website performance metrics.

* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint for presentations.
