Car Sales Executive Vacancy - Worcester
1. Basic: £25,000
2. OTE: £75,000
3. Hours: 44 Hours Per Week (one day off week and weekend on a rota basis)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Worcester. This role would suit a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

What you’ll be doing:
11. Communicating with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face
12. Recommending suitable vehicles based on customer requirements
13. Arranging and conducting test drives
14. Negotiating vehicle sales and finance packages
15. Completing all relevant sales documentation
16. Liaising with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
17. Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
18. Working towards individual and team sales targets
What we’re looking for:
19. Previous sales experience within the motor trade preferred
20. Strong communication and customer service skills
21. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
22. Passion for the automotive industry
23. Well-presented and professional approach
24. Full UK driving licence required
