About The Role
As a Salesforce Delivery Lead, you'll leverage your experience in Salesforce product and project management to lead and deliver successful projects for a diverse range of clients.
Your role will focus on managing complex relationships, navigating challenging situations, and ensuring smooth stakeholder collaboration, all while delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
You'll be comfortable overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle—from planning to execution and delivery—while providing strategic guidance and maintaining a customer-centric approach. With expertise in Salesforce functionality, you'll ensure that projects leverage standard features effectively, with customisations delivered in a scalable, low-code manner.
You’ll also act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through workshops and meetings, aligning business objectives with impactful, tech-driven solutions that reflect their values and ours.

About You

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
* 6+ years of experience in Salesforce project delivery or equivalent.
* Proven track record managing and delivering Salesforce projects with 1000+ users, across multiple industries, organisations, technologies
* Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence decisions, and navigate challenging situations effectively.
* Excellent knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and how to deliver scalable, low-code solutions.
* Agile delivery experience with experience translating Outcomes and Objectives into tangible work in an efficient, effective and controlled way.
* Demonstrable ability to handle the end-to-end project lifecycle, including risk management, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details in a clear and relatable manner.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on balancing big-picture objectives with programe-level execution.
* Leadership and coaching capabilities with credibility and confidence to grow and develop Delivery Management within the Delivery Transformation practice, the company and clients or partner organisations.

Salary & Other Details
SFIA Level 5, Base £73,800 - £90,200 (OTE £84,870 - £103,730)
