About The Role
Based in Stanwell Moor, Middlesex, you will oversee a large Recycling Operation located next to the M25 near Heathrow, as well as a significant Railhead in Neasden close to Wembley stadium. These key sites provide diverse opportunities for the right candidate and are crucial in supplying both external and internal customers in the London area.
About Your Role
* Promote the profitable, safe, and efficient management of Hithermoor and Wembley operations.
* Drive continuous improvements in SHEQ performance and maintain a positive SHEQ culture compliant with current legislation and company policies.
* Add value by implementing efficiency and energy-saving initiatives to enhance performance.
* Act as the primary contact for inbound materials, ensuring a consistent and quality supply for processing and sale.
* Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including face-to-face dealings with customers.
We're Looking For
* Strong SHE leadership and comprehensive knowledge of SHE legislation.
* Good educational background with QCF Level 6 SHE Management qualifications or willingness to attain them.
* Proven experience managing Recycling/Railhead operations is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
