Store Manager – Bicester (F/M) – Bonpoint

Key Accountabilities
Sales and Profitability
* Ensure achievement of business goals and strategic projects, monitoring monthly spend vs budgets and taking action where necessary.
* Full evaluation of KPIs to drive efficiency and profitability.
* Establish and implement action plans to develop sales for each product category and achieve sell‑through targets.
Customer Management
* Have a solid network of clients to bring to the business.
* Establish and implement action plans to develop sales for each client segment.
* Ensure the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to grow a client base for the store.
* Propose actions to HQ to improve client relationship management aspects.
* Experience of hosting in‑store events is advantageous.
People Management
* Manage store staff with support from Local HR (recruitment, coaching, training).
* Review development of team members, performance manage where necessary.
* Instil an atmosphere of motivation, sense of belonging, and business involvement.
Store Image Management
* Ensure correct interpretation and implementation of visual guidelines.
* Keep store employees up to date on visual issues and display best‑sellers.
* Report to HQ and manage small maintenance projects within the store.
* Maintain perfect standards daily with an eye for detail.
Store Operation Management
* Ensure economical and operational effective management of the store, compliant with internal policies.
* Ensure deadlines are consistently met and information is communicated to HQ.
* Full responsibility for stock management, achieving sell‑through targets and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Profile Required
* +5 years’ experience in retail management – luxury experience preferred.
* Self‑starter, highly motivated, able to work independently (HQ distance).
* Commercial thinking with strong focus on sales and continuous improvement strategies.
* Strong people skills and proven ability to maintain long‑term client relationships and lead sales team.
* Understanding of local market trends and ability to pivot to changing business needs.
* Computer skills: retail POS, Word, Excel, email, phone, WhatsApp for professional client communication.
