Role Overview We are looking for a Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join our growing Data & AI team and shape and deliver Artificial Intelligence solutions for our public sector and enterprise clients. As a ML Engineer, you will work with a team of data scientists, data architects, software engineers, business analysts and delivery managers to deliver innovative solutions that leverage the power of AI. Responsibilities Create and customise machine learning models (predominantly Azure AI services) for various use cases, such as natural language processing, computer vision, speech recognition, anomaly detection, etc. Integrate Azure AI services with other Azure products and services, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure App Service, Azure Cognitive Search etc. Enable capture, ingest, process and store large volumes of data to serve AI and analytics use-cases. Design and develop AI agents to create intelligent, responsive autonomous agents. Optimise the performance, scalability and reliability of machine learning solutions using best practices and tools. Monitor and troubleshoot machine learning solutions using Azure AI Metrics Advisor, Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, etc. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand their business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Drive thought leadership and innovation across FSP and our clients, staying up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies and best practices in AI and ML (Agentic AI, RAG, Image Generation and more). About you 3 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or software development. Proficient in Python, C#, and other programming languages for data analysis, machine learning, and software development. Familiar with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, such as Azure ML Studio, Azure Machine Learning pipelines, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Bot Service, Azure AI Content Safety, Azure AI Video Indexer, etc. Experience in defining and implementing MLOps best practices. Experience with Azure data and analytics services, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, etc. Experience in designing AI solutions, along with hands-on experience in natural cutting-edge solutions to create intelligent, responsive, and adaptive virtual assistants or autonomous systems.
