Current Opportunities
We are recruiting for multiple long-term SEND roles starting between February and April 2026, including:

Early Years, Primary and Secondary settings
*
Mainstream SEN and specialist provisions
*
Mild to complex needs environments
*
SEMH, ASD, ADHD, PMLD and Global Delay support
All roles are full-time and long-term, with strong potential for permanent placement.
Pay Rates
We offer competitive daily rates in line with experience and responsibilities:

Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants: £100 – £125 per day
*
Higher Level Teaching Assistants: £135 – £170 per day
*
Teachers: MPS/UPS equivalent plus SEN enhancements
We regularly review and match current market rates.
