What Youll Be Doing
* Ticketing & Payments
* Checking and issuing tickets and handling cash and card transactions.
* Customer Care & Support
* Assisting passengers, managing busy services, and resolving travel queries calmly and professionally.
* Accessibility Assistance
* Supporting customers with additional needs, including the use of a portable ramp (up to 15kg). Full training and support provided.
