Carrington West is looking for a reliable Site Agent to oversee a major highways scheme in the Midlands. You will manage the performance of Supervisors and Engineers, ensure compliance with safety standards, and develop the skills of your team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive highways project experience and relevant qualifications, including HND / HNC in Civil Engineering, First Aid, CSCS Supervisor Card, and SMSTS. This role involves daytime work on-site with occasional split shifts.
