As we approach the new academic year, we are expanding our team of SEN Tutors in Winchester. We are looking for caring, passionate, and committed educators to support young people who benefit from learning outside of mainstream settings. You will work with learners on a 1:1 basis, delivering tailored educational support in core subjects and helping to foster social and emotional development. Full time and part time roles are available. As a SEN Tutor, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging sessions that meet the needs of students. Typically be delivering Maths, English and Science sessions. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential. Record student progress and report on this weekly. Be understanding, empathetic and patient. Record attendance. Be organised, dependable and creative.
