Jewson are recruiting for a Loft Business Development Manager to cover inner London and the M25 Corridor. Company car/allowance is provided Hour – Monday to Friday 07.30 till 17.00 – no weekends Role Purpose As a Loft Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business growth. Your key responsibility will be to drive new business, retain existing customers, and maximise profitability through proactive engagement, solution selling, and effective territory management. Duties New Business Development: Identify and target potential customers, converting leads into lasting partnerships. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met while increasing sales opportunities. Onboarding & Activation: Ensure new customers are seamlessly onboarded and maximised within their first 13 weeks. Sales Growth & Margin Optimisation: Increase customer spend, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and optimise pricing strategies. Sales Process & CRM Management: Accurately track customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Customer Engagement: Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to build rapport and showcase our value. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including the Customer Contact Centre and branch sales teams, to deliver the best customer experience.
