The Inclusion Department is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our hardworking team. The successful candidate should demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work cooperatively with staff and students. They will be expected to support students aged 11-18 years who experience a range of learning difficulties.
This is a fixed-term position until 27th March 2026, with a review at the end of this period.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3pm, with unpaid breaks. All staff are invited to do paid break duties at the rate of £15 per duty (depending on availability).
