Mon - Thurs: 08:30 - 17:00
Fri: 08:30 - 16:00
Key tasks and responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001, BS EN standards, Scope of PS24 Certification, CE markings, etc.
* Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products.
* Develop, maintain, and update quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
* Ensure non-conforming raw materials are isolated from stock and issues resolved.
* Collaborate with technical, production, and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are embedded in daily operations.
* Maintain accurate quality records and generate quality metrics and performance reports, presenting these to the senior management team.
Essential skills and qualifications
* Proven experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry.
* Knowledge of ISO standards and BS EN requirements.
* Excellent communication skills to convey the requirements of the standards to multi-functional teams.
* Familiar with Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, and root-cause analysis tools.
