Key Responsibilities
1. Leading housing refurbishment and planned works projects as a Project Manager across Bristol and the South West
2. Owning contractor performance – driving quality, safety, and delivery across multiple live sites
3. Managing budgets, programmes, and project performance in a fast-paced housing environment
4. Acting as the go-to contact for residents, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout works
5. Running site visits and project meetings across the South West, keeping everything on track from start to finish
Requirements
6. Experienced Project Manager within housing, planned works, or property maintenance across Bristol / South West
7. Strong construction knowledge including building safety and compliance (CDM 2015 essential)
8. Confident managing contractors, holding them accountable, and driving performance
9. Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and project costs
10. Qualified in Construction, Surveying, or similar (HND or above) and comfortable working in a site-based role
