Pharmacy technician

Offer description

The Role

This post will involve working closely with the Senior Pharmacy Technician for Clinical Services to deliver, develop, and evaluate clinical pharmacy technician services at UHH. A key aspect of the role will be supporting the innovative Drug Initiation Hub, launched earlier this year, which monitors patients during the initiation phase of high-risk medicines.

The post holder will also contribute to the wider clinical pharmacy service through ward-based cover and provide support to technical services, including the pharmacy dispensary. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within a dynamic, forward-thinking team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred pharmaceutical care.

The role is ideally suited to pharmacy technicians with experience in medicines management, multidisciplinary working, and patient-focused services.
