Karter Thomas Recruitment is recruiting for a Team Manager (Supported Housing) on behalf of a housing support provider who help their clients to live as as independently across Oxfordshire.
The Role
You will lead and line-manage Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, personalised support is delivered in line with regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support a team of Support Workers
* Ensure person-centred support, care planning, and risk assessments
* Promote safeguarding, quality, and compliance (including CQC standards)
* Deliver effective recruitment, inductions, supervision, and rota planning
* Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and professionals
* Support service performance, audits, and budgets
About You
Access to transport with a valid UK driving license
Confident people manager with strong communication skills
Strong understanding of safeguarding, person-centred practice, and GDPR
Enhanced DBS (or willing to undertake)
Desirable:
* Management experience in supported living or similar settings
* Knowledge of CQC requirements
