As a Chef, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive catering team, reporting to the Head Chef. You'll provide first-class meals for our many hungry guests without the pressure of menu creation or sourcing ingredients from scratch. Your responsibilities will include: Food preparation and cooking Stock ordering and organisation Cost control Coaching junior team members You'll work a minimum number of late nights, with a Friday or Saturday evening off most weeks (especially outside peak season) and limited working over Christmas - this could be the perfect role to develop your catering career without sacrificing your social life or family time!
