What's on Offer Up to £37,400 per annum Paid breaks Enhanced rates for bank holidays Annual leave increasing with service Company pension scheme Paid DBS check Benefits & rewards portal Work within a luxury nursing home setting What Our Client Is Looking For Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen - essential Experience working within a nursing home, care home, hospital, or similar setting is strongly preferred A strong, working knowledge of nutrition, allergen management, and hydration needs Ability to deliver consistently high standards in a premium, resident-focused environment Food hygiene qualification (Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred) A creative eye for presentation combined with a practical, organised approach to kitchen management Key Responsibilities Supporting the Head Chef in delivering a high-quality, premium dining experience for residents Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals that meet the individual dietary, allergy, and hydration needs of residents Ensuring strict allergen management and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Adapting menus and meals to accommodate a range of nutritional and texture-modified requirements Maintaining excellent standards of kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and stock management Stepping up in the Head Chef's absence to lead the kitchen team confidently How to Apply If you are an experienced Chef with a passion for nutrition, quality, and creating a dining experience that residents truly enjoy, we'd love to hear from you.
