Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the senior management team with various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, implementing staff training plan's, organising training courses, note taking and coordinating recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, although training will be provided.
We work in association with London South East Colleges and would encourage and support the successful candidate to CIPD certificate/diploma levels.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update employee records
* General administration
* Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
* Coordinate training and development programs
* Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
* Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
* CIPD level 1&2
* 2+ years of experience in HR administration
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Knowledge of HR practices and procedures
