Are you a super organised, proactive person with a love for the creative industry? If that sounds like you, our client is looking for a fun, energetic, and confident Executive Assistant to join their team. You'll be working with contacts all over the world, keeping things professional, and handling confidential info with care.
Key Responsibilities:

* Diary and inbox management
\t
* Coordinating meetings, calls, and events
\t
* Booking travel and accommodation (often last-minute)
\t
* Running personal errands and handling ad-hoc tasks
\t
* Liaising with agents, publicists, and production teams
About You:
\t
* Previous experience as a PA/EA in a creative company is essential
\t
* Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail
\t
* Discretion and professionalism are a must
\t
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
\t
* Tech-savvy with a “can-do” attitude
We’re looking for someone super switched-on, proactive, calm under pressure, and able to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
