STE05 Building Surveyor — Rail Contractor
Location: Eastern (Ideally Sheffield upwards)
IR35 status: inside
Rate: £280 umbrella
Duration: Ongoing long term work
Responsibilities
* Carry out inspections of operational property including station buildings, depots and lineside buildings
* Report to the Area Manager and ensure inspections are completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant industry standards
* Proactively plan each day to ensure access arrangements are in place to successfully carry out the inspections
* Maintain reliability and conduct yourself as a courteous professional on site
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level in Building Surveying
* Full STE05 competency
* Good understanding of materials and defects
* Highly computer literate; report writing and using Citadel software will be a major part of the role
