New Equality Manager position available to our client the Business Service Organisation BSO, in the Gasworks area, Belfast,
This is a Temporary position working Full time Monday – Friday 9am-5pm with a Pay Rate of £23.60 per hour.
The Main Duties are:
* Lead in the consultation process for equality proofing of new policy development
* Lead of the preparation of reports for stakeholder, including facilitation of stakeholder focus groups, design of bespoke tools, and drafting to final stage.
* Support BSO in investigating any complaints relating to their actions under its Equality Scheme
* Advise Programme stakeholders on the impact of Human Rights legislation
What We Need From You
* University degree AND at least 3 years’ experience to include the following collecting, analysing and interpreting data.
* OR Have worked for at least 5 years in an office environment with experience as listed above.
