As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in helping our surgery operate smoothly day-to-day. This is a full-time position (30–35 hours per week), Monday to Friday. Our practice operates Monday–Thursday from 9am to 7pm and Fridays from 9am to 6pm, so the ability to work evening shifts is essential.
Oversee practice compliance, including Health & Safety, maintenance logging, and follow-ups
Support practice owners in driving performance, including leading 1:1s with our Client Care Advisors
Manage client feedback via complaints handling, Medallia analysis, and responding to Google Reviews
Implement and manage HR policies for our valued colleagues
You’ll bring proven team-management experience or be a Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to grow into a leadership position. You’ll have excellent communication skills, strong organisation and time-management abilities, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues. Most importantly, you’ll be committed to developing and coaching others.
