Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Senior Traffic Attendant to support our mobile and enforcement team.
What you will be doing
* Leading your front-line team to ensure the delivery of the contract to the highest standards and client satisfaction
* Providing regular reports and updates to the Service Delivery Manager
* Creating, preparing, and maintaining the enforcement plan, and monitoring its success daily
* Managing staff performance in line with company policies
* Ensuring staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work

What do you need to be a Senior Traffic Attendant?
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others
* First-class customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Self-motivated and customer-focused
* Enjoy working outdoors and able to work shifts
* Ability to work independently
* Strong computer skills, especially in Excel
* Knowledge of TMA 2004 or experience in parking enforcement is advantageous
* Driver’s license and at least 1 year of driving experience
