About the Role We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and execute the operational aspects of our supply chain, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role is integral to driving growth, development, and long-term success within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities As our Supply Chain Manager, you will: * Plan and monitor daily supply chain operations to ensure optimum delivery performance and stakeholder satisfaction. * Evaluate and improve business procedures to align with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. * Mentor and motivate teams to deliver productivity and engagement across all levels of the operation. * Oversee procurement processes, from sourcing and planning through to delivery and stock management. * Manage supplier relationships and external partnerships to ensure seamless operations. * Analyse and interpret data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains. Knowledge, Skills & Experience To be successful as a Supply Chain Manager, you will need: * Proven experience in a leadership role within supply chain or operations management. * Strong knowledge of business functions including customer service, supply chain, and quality. * Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills. * An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. * Experience of working in a highly regulated environment. * Knowledge of ERP systems and orthopaedic manufacturing processes (desirable).
