About the Role We are seeking dedicated, compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to work with children and young people who have additional learning needs and, at times, display challenging behaviour. This role is well-suited to those with experience as: Personal Care Assistants Care Workers Youth Workers Or anyone with a background in supporting children or vulnerable adults who would like to bring their skills into education.
