An Average Day Will Include The Following
* Daily training to cover the following:
* Ensure customer SLAs are met
* Allocate the best fit resources for quoted jobs (geographically and skill set)
* Monitor engineer response to quoted works, ensure return visits are logged and completed
* Assist with purchasing
* Process engineers' quotes, reports, and recommendations to clients in a timely manner
* Order goods and services
* Liaise with Accounts managers and supervisors regarding capacity, job timing, and work instructions
* Communicate with engineers about changes and travel issues
* Upload and update client portals frequently
* Contribute to the out-of-hours telephone answering service, ensuring messages are relayed and acted upon promptly
* Compile customer invoices for review by accounts
