As part of our dedicated team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the new system. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies. * Assess impacts of system changes on business operations and student services. * Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication plans. * Engage stakeholders to mitigate resistance and promote system acceptance. * Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Qualifications: * Proven experience managing complex business change initiatives. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to influence and negotiate effectively. The successful contractor will have managed the change aspect of a large-scale student system implementation. This role has been deemed outside IR35 and is largely remote (less than once per month).
