Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various computer applications. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members.
* Prepare documents and reports using CRM Joblogic
* Complete administrative processes and procedures in adherence to company standards and policy (supporting office manager)
* Ensuring all company accreditations are renewed when necessary.
* Ensuring the company's insurances are kept up to date, annually
* Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Joblogic (not essential but preferred
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
