The Opportunity
As a key member of the conveyancing team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of residential and/or commercial property transactions, ensuring every stage of the process runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with solicitors, clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout each transaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to successful completion
*
Prepare, review, and manage contracts, dispositions, leases, and a wide range of legal documentation
*
Build strong professional relationships with clients, lenders, mortgage brokers, estate agents, and third parties, ensuring a seamless customer experience
*
Conduct property searches, review title reports, and support due diligence processes with accuracy and attention to detail
*
Draft legal correspondence and maintain fully compliant, up-to-date case files
*
Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep transactions progressing smoothly and efficiently
*
Work closely with solicitors and colleagues to meet key deadlines and deliver outstanding client outcomes
*
Deliver a consistently high standard of client care, building trust and confidence throughout the transaction process
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or within a similar property-focused legal role
*
Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes and property law
*
The ability to independently manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
*
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
*
Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
*
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently
