Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of the accounts payable function, managing everything from invoice processing and supplier payments to expense claims and reconciliations. You’ll be working in a role that’s far more than just data entry. The position offers real variety. You could be speaking to suppliers one moment, reconciling statements the next, and supporting month-end reporting soon after. Your ability to stay organised, keep an eye on the detail, and communicate clearly will make a big impact across the business. We’re looking for someone with previous experience in accounts payable or finance administration, ideally within a busy or multi-site environment. Strong Excel skills and confidence using accounting systems like Xero or Sage would be a big plus, and if you’re working towards your AAT qualification, or already have it, even better.
