In this vital role, you will support students with SEMH needs, helping them overcome challenges and thrive in a safe and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEMH needs on a one-to-one or small group basis, both in and outside the classroom. Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adapt support strategies. Encourage positive social interactions and promote emotional well-being.
