Learning & Development Manager | London
We're seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a renowned hospitality group's People Team. This role involves more than delivering training; it's about fostering growth, shaping careers, and cultivating a supportive culture where everyone can excel.
Role Responsibilities:
* Identify training needs and design effective programmes.
* Implement and maintain a fresh, engaging company-wide learning platform.
* Manage induction and post-induction training for new employees.
* Support training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborate with leaders to develop tailored development plans.
* Lead and develop a small training team, empowering them to succeed.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Proficiency with learning systems and content creation, especially digital learning.
* Leadership qualities with integrity and a passion for employee development.
* Organized, curious, and updated on the latest L&D trends.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is advantageous but not essential.
