What are we looking for?
We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex broadcast engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven, versatile background in the broadcast industry.
The Role:
You will lead end-to-end program execution across multiple projects, aligning solution architecture with implementation and support. You will facilitate planning sessions, reviews, and risk assessments with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to meet milestones. You will translate customer requirements into actionable plans, track resources, and ensure realistic deadlines. You will identify dependencies, remove blockers, and manage communication with leadership. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned into processes and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and allocate resources. Ensure milestones are achieved.
* Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and align objectives.
* Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration.
* Reporting and Documentation: Maintain documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience managing complex projects in the broadcast sector. Project certifications such as PRINCE, Scrum, PMP are desirable.
