Job Description
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager/ Senior Administrator to join our Derby based client. This varied role covers administration, invoices, CRM updates, marketing, and reporting. This is a part time role.
Monday - Friday
Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days at home
£25-30k
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage back-office operations, invoices, and commissions
2. Update CRM, document systems, and emails
3. Support marketing: social media, website, blogs, and collateral
4. Liaise with customers, partners, and suppliers
Skills & Experience:
5. Strong admin and organisational skills
6. Varied admin experience
7. Office 365 (Word, Excel) proficiency
8. Able to workk flexibility and support across the business.
9. Able to work independently, reliable, and detail-oriented
